This is the second session after the taster sessions which were very popular. We will be organising a 5 week course at this time to run after half term.

Singing for all levels, whether you think you’re tone deaf or a prima donna.

These sessions will help you get to know your voice, learn about healthy vocal technique and have fun. We'll use warm ups, rounds and songs of different genres - some you might know, others will hopefully be new - and look at how to sing more freely, making singing more enjoyable.

My hope is that you’ll be singing out without fear of being heard or of making mistakes!

Lucy Mair is a singing teacher and classically trained singer. She has a Master’s degree in Music and a Bachelor degree in Music and Italian. She also studied singing at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatoire in Venice. She has 20 years’ experience as a professional soloist and has been teaching singing for 14 years.

She is currently completing her training for a diploma in therapeutic counselling and works with singers  in a holistic way, facilitating them to find their own voices. Lucy works with singers from secondary school age to older retired adults, from preparation for a career in music to helping people enjoy their shower singing more, and everything in between!
